Codex

The Codex app and command-line interface use the same setup. They pick their upstream by named provider in ~/.codex/config.toml, which takes two edits. Put the first part at the top of the file:

Then put the second part at the bottom:

This creates a Sleev provider in Codex and makes it active. Use openai for an OpenAI API key, or codex for ChatGPT sign-in as the sleev-provider.
