Limited internet

If the target machine cannot use normal browser sign-in, or Sleev should avoid sharing tracking data and usage patterns, accounts approved for offline licensing can activate the local gateway with an offline license.

Note: offline licensing is currently only supported for enterprise customers. To request access, contact support at support@sleev.ai.

Once licensed, harness configuration is unchanged: point it at the local gateway and send sleev-harness plus either sleev-provider or sleev-base-url.
